Time to consider a group of verbs describing the movement. Words like GO, COMEplay an important role in the life of travelers.

GO, RIDE

  • ANDARE - GO, RIDE ("Andare")
  • IO VADO - I GO (Io Vado)
  • TU VAI - YOU GOING ("Tu Wai")
  • LUI VA - HE GOES ("Louis Va")
  • LEI VA - SHE GOES
  • LEI VA - YOU GO (respectfully)
  • NOI ANDIAMO - WE GO (Noi Andiamo)
  • VOI ANDATE - YOU GO ("Howat Andate")
  • LORO VANNO - THEY GO ("Loro Vanno")

COME, ARRIVE

  • Venire - COME, ARRIVE (“Venier”)
  • IO VENGO - I COME ("Io Wengo")
  • TU VIENI - YOU COME ("Tu Veni")
  • LUI VIENE - HE COMES (“Louis Vienne”)
  • LEI VIENE - SHE COMES
  • LEI VIENE - YOU COME (respectfully)
  • NOI VENIAMO - WE COME (Noi Venyamo)
  • VOI VENITE - YOU COME ("Howl Veni")
  • LORO VENGONO - THEY COME (Loro Wengono, emphasis on the first syllable)

In the past time:

  • ANDARE - ANDATO - SHEL
  • VENIRE - VENUTO - COME
  • ESSERE - STATO - BE

We will analyze past rule for verbs: SHEL and COME:

  • IO SONO ANDATO - I GO (Io Sleepily Andato)
  • IO SONO VENUTO - I COME ("Io Sleepily Venuto")
  • IO SONO STATO - I WAS ("Io Sleepo Stato")

In the feminine:

  • IO SONO ANDATA - I GO (Io Sleepily Andata)
  • IO SONO STATA - I WAS ("Io Sleepy Stat")
  • IO SONO VENUTA - I COME ("Venuta")

Plural:

  • NOI SIAMO ANDATI - WE ARE GOING
  • NOI SIAMO VENUTI - WE CAME
  • NOI SIAMO STATI - WE WERE

Plural, Feminine:

  • NOI SIAMO ANDATE - WE ARE GOING
  • NOI SIAMO VENUTE - WE CAME
  • NOI SIAMO STATE - WE WERE

Example:

  • IO NON SONO STATA IN ITALIA - I WAS NOT IN ITALY
  • NOI SIAMO STATI - WE HAVE NOT BEEN

By the way, from the verb Venuto the word was formed Benvenuto, which in Russian sounds like WELCOMEif translated literally - GOOD THAT YOU COME.

  • Benvenuto - WELCOME (appeal to a man)
  • Benvenuta - WELCOME (appeal to a woman)
  • Benvenute - WELCOME (to a group of women)
  • Benvenuti - WELCOME (appeal to a group of persons)
  • VOGLIO MOLTISSIMO - VERY WANT ("Voltais moltissimo")
